  1. General 1.1 These terms and conditions apply to purchases made on the Dernier Appel webshop (hereinafter referred to as the "Webshop"). 1.2 By placing an order on the Webshop, you fully accept these terms and conditions.

  2. Prices 2.1 All prices on the Webshop are stated in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include VAT. 2.2 The prices cover only the item's cost and do not include shipping or delivery costs unless otherwise stated.

  3. Payment 3.1 Payment for the goods can be made online via the payment methods available on the Webshop. 3.2 Payment must be completed before the goods are delivered.

  4. Delivery 4.1 The goods will be delivered to the specified delivery address in Denmark. 4.2 The delivery time is 2-4 business days. 4.3 Any delays in delivery will be communicated to the customer.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns 5.1 As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. 5.2 The goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging, and you will be responsible for the costs of the return unless otherwise agreed. 5.3 Returns can easily be initiated via this link.
